With bright pink, ch21
Row 1 - 1tr in 4th ch from hook, 1tr in each of next 17 chs, turn [18 sts]
Row 2 - Ch3(counts as a st throughout), 1tr in each st to end, turn [18 sts]
Fasten off and join pale pink
Rows 3 & 4 - Repeat Row 2 [18 sts]
Fasten off and join bright pink
Rows 5 & 6 - Repeat Row 2 [18 sts]
Fasten off and join pale pink
Rows 7 & 8 - Repeat Row 2 [18 sts]
Fasten off and join bright pink

Fasten off and weave in ends
Tassels
With bright pink cut 144 x 5cm pieces of yarn. One section is to be attached to each bright pink edge of the rug, as per the picture
To attach the tassel, hold the piece of yarn in the middle, insert hook through the st you are attaching to from the back to the front, hook the middle section of yarn, pull through so you have a loop, then pull the tails through the loop and pull lightly to tighten.
