Wrong-side: in right-side rows - purls, in wrong-side rows - knit sts;
Garter stitch: all knit sts.
Stripes Alternation
For back (A): 3 rows - white-blue, 2 rows - white-grey, 2 rows - white, 2 rows - white-grey;
For front, sleeve, neck-hole (B): 3 rows - white-grey, 2 rows - white-blue, 2 rows - white, 2 rows - white-blue;
For pocket (C): 2 rows - white-blue, 2 rows - white-grey, 2 rows - white-blue, 2 rows - white, 2 rows - white-blue, 3 rows - white-grey.
Stitches control: 22 sts x 29 rows = 10 x 10 сm.

Back
Cast on 66; 70; 74 sts with white-blue yarn and make placket betweem selvedge sts with garter stitch with stripes alternation A.
After knitting 3 cm from the beginning of work, turn to stockinette stitch with white-blue yarn.
After making 31; 33; 35 cm with stockinette stitch, bind off the central 26; 28; 30 sts and finish each part separately. For neck-hole rounding bind off 2 sts x 1 and 1 st x 1 in even rows along the lines of neck-hole.
At 33; 35; 37 cm from placket bind off the sts on shoulders.
Left Front
Cast on 40; 42; 44 sts with white-grey yarn and make placket between the selvedge sts with garter stitch and stripes alternation B.
After knitting 3 cm from the beginning of work, turn to stockinette stitch with white-blue yarn, knitting 6 edging sts of placket with garter stitch.
After knitting 8; 8,5; 9 cm of garter stitch on the side of front, make 1 button-hole: knit 5th and 6th sts from the end of row together, 1 yarn over. Then, make button-holes with the interval of 5,5; 6; 6,5 cm. At 25; 27; 29 cm from the stockinette stitch, transfer the last 9 sts of the row to the auxilary knitting needle for forming neck-hole. Then, bind off 6; 7; 8 sts x 1, 3 sts x 1, 2 sts x 1, 1 st x 3 in even rows once. Bind off the rest sts at the height of back.
Right Front
Make in reflection to the left front, but without button-holes.
Sleeves
Cast on 40; 42; 44 sts with white-grey yarn and make placket between the selvedge sts with garter stitch with stripes alternation B.
After knitting 3 cm from work beginning, turn to stockinette stitch.
Make sleeve widening by means of increasing 1 st x 7; 8; 9 in every 6th and 8th rows.
At 19; 21; 23 cm from stockinette stitch, turn to white-blue yarn and make 2 rows with garter stitch. Then, change the yarn to white and make 2 more rows with the same pattern. Change the yarn to white-blue and make 2 rows of garter stitch. At 21; 23; 25 cm from the beginning of stockinette stitch, bind off all the sts.
Cast on 21 st with white-blue yarn and knit 5 cm with stockinette stitch. Then, make 13 rows of stripes alternation C and bind off the sts.
Appliques on Elbows
You should make 2 such details.
Cast on 5 sts for each detail with white-blue yarn and knit with wron-side pattern between the selvedge sts.
For getting the needed shape of applique, increase 3 sts x 1 in even rows from both sides, 1 st x 2, 1 st x 1 in the 4th row. Totaly, 21 sts.
In the next 8th row, decrease 1 st x 1, 1 st x 1 in the 4th row, 1 st x 1 in even rows, 2 sts x 1, 3 sts x 1. In the next row bind off the rest 5 sts.
Assembly
Sew the pocket, step 2,5; 3; 3,5 cm from the side seam at 7; 8; 9 cm from the lower placket.
Fasten elbows appliques with white yarn around them by means of crochet hook with 1 row of "shrimp stitch" (= single crochets from left to right). Sew the appliques at 6; 7; 8 cm from the lower placket in the center.
Make shoulder seams.
Transfer 9 sts of right front to the circle knitting needles, make them as knit sts, lift 58; 62; 66 sts along the neck-hole line, transfer 9 sts of the left front to the knitting needles, make them as knit sts. Make 9 rows of stripes alternation B, bind off all the sts in the last row.
Sew the sleeves. Make sleeve and side seams. Sew buttons.
