Light Crochet Cardigan
You'll need:
About 1050 (1150) g of 100% Merino yarn (160m/50g) of light-pink color;
Crochet hook 4;
Silver fastener.
Size: S (M).
Wavy pattern: the quantity of sts is multipled 12 + 1. Crochet due to the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-3rd rows once, then repeat 2nd-3rd rows.
Stitches control: 19 sts х 7 rows = 10 х 10 cm.
Note! Make Back and front parts as one-piece cloth.
Instructions
Make 169 chain sts + 4 chain sts increase, continue with wavy pattern.
After 50 (52) cm from the set-up row, crochet 55 (52) cm with wavy pattern from wrong-side, leave next 19 cm = 36 sts (22 cm = 42 sts) for the arm-holes, make 36 (42) chain sts and finish the row.
Continue on all the sts (= back). After 18 (20) cm from arm-hole, you're in the middle of back. Make the second part in symmetry to the first one and finish your work.
Sleeves
Make 49 (61) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and crochet 14 cm with wavy pattern, make increases for sleeve chamfers at this level from both sides - 1 st x 12 in evry wrong-side row, including the increased sts in the pattern = 73 (85) sts.
Finish your work at 52 cm height from the set-up row.
Assembly
Make sleeve seams and sew them. Fasten your cardigan along the upper and bottom parts with 1 row of single crochet and 1 row of "shrimp stitch" for saving its shape.
