Instructions

Main Part

Make a chain 14-15 cm long.

1^st-2^nd rows: single crochets, make the 1^st and last sts without increases: 3 single crochets in the 1^st and last sts.

Increase 8 sts in the next two rows (= 4 sts in every row).

3^rd row: 2 single crochets in the first 3 sts, then, single crochets to the last 3 sts, 2 single crochets in every st = 6 sts increase.

4^th-5^th rows: single crochets.

6^th-7^th rows: make decreases from both sides: crochet 2 sts in 1 st. Each row gives you 4 sts, totally, 8 sts.

8^th row: single crochets.

9^th row: double crochets.

10^th row: single crochets.

11^th row: make 4 half-crochets from every 2^nd st and bind off as 1 broaching. Make chain sts between “weavers”.

12^th row: single crochets, make decreases as crochet 2 sts together in every 6 sts.

13^th row: double crochets.

14^th row: single crochets, decrease 4 sts (2 sts from each side).

15^th row: double crochets.

16^th row: as 14^th row.

17^th row: as 15^th row.

18^th row: as 14^th row.

19^th row: as 11^th row.

20^th row: as 12^th row.

21^st row: “weavers” – 4 double crochets in 1 st. Skip 2 sts between “weavers”.

22^nd row: as 21^st, but without skipping. Make 4 double crochets between 2 crochets.

23^rd row: as 22^nd row, but make 2 double crochets, 3 chain sts, 2 double crochets instead of 4 double crochets.

Cord

Make a chain the length of your work circumference + 10 cm with single crochets.

You can make “trefoil” on the ends in the edge st: *1 double crochet, 2 chain sts*; repeat from * to * x 3 times. After that, fasten it with single crochets in every st. Repeat this element on the opposite end of cord.
