Make lower relief pattern of skirt due to the scheme, repeat 19 rows x 4 times. Connect the 1^st and last rows in the end of work with 1 row of half crochets. Make 23 cm of double crochets around along the upper details to hips line. After that, make 2 double crochets together in every 3^rd row x 6 times from both sides. Finish your work at 43 cm height from relief detail.

For belt, fold 2 cm inside, sew and insert rib.
