You’ll need:
500g of dark-blue Diva yarn (100% microfiber; 350m/100g);
50g of the same yarn, but in white color;
Crochet hook 2;
8 buttons.

Instructions
Make a chain of 40 cm long, don’t circle the row, work due to the scheme 1 for 15 cm. Then, divide your work as its stated in the picture and continue making front: increase 1 pattern repeat from both sides, connect the center in the process of work. Make 3 rows this way. Make increases in three rows. Leave sts of front and back back. Connect front and back and after that make skirt with circle rows of 78 cm. The quantity of chain sts between “fans” – 8.
Sleeves
Make sts along arm-hole line, catching those, where you made increases in 3 rows, work around for 55 cm. Then, change to white yarn and make cuff with single crochets, leave cut for buttons. The width of lower edge of sleeve = 18 cm. Make the second sleeve in the same way.
Placket for Neck-Hole
Make sts along cut and work with single crochets for 4 cm with white yarn.
Collar
Make sts along neck-hole and work due to the scheme 2 with white yarn.
Belt
Make 10 chain sts in 2 threads of white yarn and work with single crochets for 110 cm. Sew fastener to the edge of belt. Sew buttons to the placket and cuff.
