​Tender Knit Pullover

You’ll need:

200 (200) 250g of light-blue yarn (68% wool, 29% alpaca, 3% polyester; 50m/50g);

200 (200) 250g of the same yarn, but in violet color;

200 (200) 250g of the same yarn, but in pink color;

150 (150) 200g of the same yarn, but in grey color;

Knitting needles 10;

Circular knitting needles 10.

Size: S (M) L.

Used Patterns

Garter stitch: knit sts; in circle rows – 1* circle row of knit sts, 1 circle row of purls*.

Stripes order: 12 grey rows, * 2 light-blue rows, 2 grey rows*; repeat from * to * x 4 times, 2 violet rows, 12 light-blue rows, ** 2 violet rows, 2 light-blue rows**; repeat from ** to ** x twice, 12 violet rows, *** 2 pink rows, 2 violet rows***; repeat from *** to *** x twice, then, continue work with pink yarn.

Stitches control: 9,5 sts x 16 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Cast on 52 (56) 60 sts with grey yarn and work with garter stitch due to the stripes order. In 47,5 cm = 76 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 x 2 sts from both sides for shoulder chamfers, then, bind off 5 (6) 7 x 2 sts in every 2nd row. In 55 cm = 88 rows (56,5 cm = 90 rows) 57,5 cm = 92 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 2 sts of shoulder and leave the central 24 sts for collar.

Front

Make in the same way, as back.

Sleeves

Cast on 32 (36) 40 sts with grey yarn for each sleeves and work with garter stitch due to the stripes order. In 37,5 cm = 60 rows from the set-up row, bind off all sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. For collar, cast on the previously left 24 sts of front and back with circular knitting needles and work on all 48 sts with pink yarn and work with garter stitch with circle rows. In 11,5 cm = 18 circle rows from the beginning of making collar, bind off all sts as knit sts. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams.
