​Tender Pink Girl’s Pullover

You’ll need:

250g of pink Breeze yarn (62% sheep wool, 38% polyamide; 70m/50g);

50g of lilac-pink mélange Starline yarn (100% merino wool; 120m/50g);

50g of of pink Merino yarn (100% merino wool; 120m/50g);

Straight knitting needles 7 and 8;

Circle knitting needles 5,5;

Crochet hook 3,5.

Size: 116/122.

Used Patterns

1 x 1 rib, knitting needles 7;

Relief pattern, knitting needles 8: the quantity of sts is multiple 10 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows due to the pattern, if 2 yarn overs – slip the 1^st yarn over and make the 2^nd yarn over as knit st. Start with 1 selvage st and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Repeat 1^st-12^throws.

Lace flower: make 6 chain sts and circle them in the ring with the help of 1 slip st.

1^st circle row: 1 chain st, 12 single crochets in the ring, finish with 1 slip st in the 1^st single crochet;

2^nd circle row: 3 chain sts , 2 double crochets together in the 1^st single crochet, 5 chain sts, * skip 1 single crochet, 3 double crochets together in the next single crochet, 5 chain sts*; repeat from * to * x 4 times, finish with 1 slip st in the 3^rd chain st increase;

3^rd circle row: 1 chain st, * 1 single crochets in double crochets together, 1 single crochet in the arch, 1 half crochet, 2 double crochets, 1 half crochet and 1 single crochet*; repeat from * to * x 5 times, finish the circle row with 1 slip st in the 1^st single crochet.

Garter stitch: 1 circle row of knit sts, 1 circle row of purls.

Stitches control: 10,5 sts x 15,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Cast on 40 sts with pink yarn and make 7 cm of rib, increase 3 sts in the last row = 43 sts. Then, work with relief pattern. In 10 cm = 16 rows from rib, bind off 2 sts from both sides for arm-holes and 1 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st in every 2^nd row = 33 sts. In 26 cm = 40 rows from rib, bind off the central 15 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. In 27 cm = 42 rows from rib, bind off the rest 9 sts of shoulder from each side.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, in 23 cm = 36 rows from rib, bind off the central 9 sts and 1 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st in every 2^nd row.

Sleeves

Cast on 33 sts and make 1 WS row of knit sts (don’t take this row into account). Then, work with relief pattern. In 6,5 cm = 10 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 st from both sides and 2 x 1 st in every 6^th row. In 19,5 cm = 30 rows from the set-up row, increase 1 st from both sides for sleeve chamfers and 2 x 1 st in every 6^th row = 33 sts, include the increased sts in the pattern. In 31 cm = 48 rows from the set-up row, bind off 2 sts from both sides for sleeve caps and 1 x 2 sts and 2 x 1 st in every 2^nd row, 1 x 1 st in the next 4^th row and 3 x 1 st in every 2^nd row. In 42,5 cm = 66 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 13 sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams; cast on 57 sts with lilac-pink yarn and circle knitting needles and work with garter stitch. At 15 cm height of collar, bind off all the sts. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Make 10 pink flowers with crochet hook and sew 5 flowers to the bottom edge of each sleeve.
