Crochet Red Beret

You’ll need:

40g of red yarn (60% mohair, 40% silk; 240m/20g);

50g of red-brick yarn (100% cotton; 212m/25g);

25g of golden yarn (51% viscose, 49% polyester; 300m/25g);

Crochet hook 4 mm.

Head circumference: 48-52 cm.

Used Patterns

Main pattern: work with double crochets and half crochets with circle rows. Start every row with 3 chain sts increase instead of the 1st double crochet and 2 chain sts increase for the 1st half crochet. Finish every row with 1 slip st in upper chain st increase. Make 1 double crochet in every double crochet of the previous row, 1 half crochet in every half crochet of the previous row, double 1 double crochet: make 2 double crochets in 1 double crochet of the previous row.

Stitches control: 21 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

16 sts x 16 rows = 10 x 10 cm (in 5 threads of yarn).

Note: work in 5 threads of yarn = 2 threads of red yarn and 2 threads of red-brick yarn + 1 thread of golden yarn.
