Grey Knit Pullover with Cable Imitation
You’ll need:
450g of faux mohair yarn (60% acryl, 40% polyamide) in dark-grey color;
Knitting needles 5.
Size: L-XL.
Stitches control: 18 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back and Sleeve
Cast on 90 sts and work with wrong-side garter stitch. At 40 cm height, bind off 5 x 5 sts, 2 x 12 sts in every 2nd row from both sides = 188 sts. At 60 cm height, bind off 67 sts for each shoulder with sleeve and 54 sts for neck-hole.
Front and Sleeve
Cast on 90 sts and work, dividing sts in the following row: 54 sts of wrong-side garter stitch, 18 sts due to the scheme, 18 sts of wrong-side garter stitch. At 40 cm height, cast on extra sts for sleeves from both sides in the same way, as for back. At 47 cm height from the beginning, bind off the central 24 sts for neck-hole and bind off 1 x 3 sts and 12 x 1 st in every 2nd row. At 60 cm height, bind off 67 sts for each shoulder with sleeve.
Assembly
Make one shoulder seam. For collar, lift all sts along neck-hole, make 20 cm of wrong-side garter stitch and bind off sts. Make the rest seams.
