Crochet Violet Skirt
You’ll need:
900g of violet Malva yarn (50% cotton, 50% viscose; 350m/75g);
25g of white yarn (100% cotton; 125m/25g);
25g of the same yarn, but in yellow, light-pink, green and purple colors;
Crochet hook 1,5.
Size: S.
Used Patterns
Flat cord: make 3 chain sts, 1 single crochet in the 1st chain st. Turn your work clockwise. Insert crochet hook in 2 parallel sts and make 1 single crochet. Turn your work clockwise. Make in the same way to the needed length of cord.
Stitches control: 5,5 pattern repeats x 16 rows = 10 x 10 cm (due to the scheme 1).
Note: skirt consists of 2 layers, work around without side seams from down to up.
Instructions
Lower Layer
Make 840 chain sts with main yarn and circle them, make pattern due to the scheme 1 (105 pattern repeats). After making 75 rows around, make 1st row without fastening due to the scheme 2 and finish your work. Make fastening due to the scheme 3 along set-up row.
Upper Layer
Make 320 chain sts with main yarn and circle them in the ring, work due to the scheme 1 with circle rows (40 pattern repeats). After making 52 rows around, make 3 rows of fastening due to the scheme 4 and finish your work.
Assembly
Sew lower layer to the bottom of upper layer. For fringe, make 51 motifs due to the scheme 5 with main yarn (only 1st and 2nd rows), connect them between each other in the ring and sew it to the bottom of skirt, step back 14 cm from edge. For belt, make flat cord of 1,4 m and insert it along the upper edge of skirt.
