​Crochet Green Dress

You’ll need:

500g of green 100% mercerized cotton yarn (169m/50g);

50g of mélange green yarn (96% cotton, 4% methanite; 270m/50g);

Crochet hook 2;

Zipper 18 cm long.

Size: S.

Used Patterns

Main pattern: due to the scheme 1. The quantity of sts should be multiple 16 + 1 chain st increase.

Relief fringe: due to the scheme 2.

Instructions

Start with corsage part. For one half, make 32 chain sts and work with double crochets for 7,5 cm. Then, work with turning rows for 10 rows due to the scheme 3 (only 3 rows are stated on the scheme, make the rest rows in the same way). Make second half in symmetry. Then connect both halves and work with main pattern for 10 cm.

Back

Make pattern design in full dimensions. Work with main pattern, matching with pattern design. Make side seams, sew zipper from left side.

Skirt

Work from lower edge of upper part with main pattern in circle rows, make increases along hips line by means of increasing groups of crochets until you get the needed size. At 54 cm height from waist, finish your work.

Assembly

Fasten upper edge of back and lower edge of skirt with lurex yarn in the following way: 1^st row: single crochets;

2^nd row: * double crochet, 1 chain st, skip 1 st of the previous row*; repeat from * to *;

3rdrow: double crochets.

Fasten upper edge of corsage with relief fringe.

For straps, make 5 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with double crochets to the needed length. Fasten the outer side of strap in the following way: 1^st row: single crochets;

2^nd row: * 4 single crochets, picot*; repeat from * to *.

Make 2 straps and sew them to dress.

Make flower due to the scheme 4 and sew it between both halves of corsage. For belt, make a chain of the needed length with lurex yarn and fasten it with 1 row of single crochets. Insert belt at waist level in the holes of pattern.
