500g of green Merino 2000 yarn (100% merino wool; 160m/50g);

Used Patterns

Main Pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 15 + 2 + 3 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme 1. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-9^th rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd-9^th rows.

Note: the last half pattern repeat + the last sts of the main pattern with increases for front placket are stated on the scheme 2.

Rose knot: make 8 chain sts and circle them in the ring with 1 slip st. 1^st row: 3 chain sts increase, 20 double crochets, 1 slip st in the chain st increase.

Stitches control: 20 sts x 7,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Make 107 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern = 6 pattern repeats + initial and final sts. In 58,5 cm = 44 rows from the set-up row, finish your work. The central 2 pattern repeat + ½ pattern repeat from both sides form neck-hole, which will be decreased to 2 cm from both sides after sewing the plackets, outer 1,5 pattern repeat + initial and final sts from both sides form shoulders.

Left Front

Make 47 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern = 2 pattern repeats + initial and final sts. Increase 4 double crochets in the 4^th-9^th rows for the placket from the left side, as it’s stated on the scheme 2, make these crochets to the whole height. This increase is marked on pattern design as chamfer. In 32 cm = 24 rows from the set-up row, decrease the sts for neck-hole chamfer for 20 rows final sts + ½ pattern repeat, make decreases to 4 double crochets of placket = initial sts + 1,5 pattern repeat + 4 double crochets for shoulder. Finish your work at the height of back.

Right Front

Make in symmetry to the left front.

Sleeves

Make 77 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern = 4 pattern repeats + initial and final sts. In 45,5 cm = 34 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams, sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten all the edges with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch”. Make 2 rose knots and make straps of chain sts 20 cm long. Sew the straps to the front in the beginning of neck-hole chamfer.
