Instructions

Back

Cast on 93 sts with criss-cross method and work with zigzags pattern. In 41 cm = 106 rows from the set-up tow, bind off 4 sts from both sides for arm-holes and 9 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 67 sts. To compensate the decreases, make the 1st and last yarn overs, i.e., broaching or purl2tog. In 61 cm = 158 rows from the set-up row, bind off all the sts, the central 27 sts form neck-hole line, the outer 20 sts from each side – shoulders.

Left Front

Cast on 48 sts with criss-cross method and work with zigzags pattern. In 27 cm = 70 rows from the set-up row, bind off 3 sts from the left side and make special decreases of 12 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 33 sts. To compensate the 2nd yarn over in RS row, make 2 sts together as broaching; continue after the last increase. Make arm-hole in the same way, as for back from the right side, bind off the rest 20 sts at the height of back.

Right Front

Make in symmetry to the left front.

Sleeves

Cast on 57 sts with criss-cross method and work with rib. In 42,5 cm = 124 rows from the set-up row, bind off 4 sts for sleeve caps from both sides, 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row, 8 x 1 st in every 4th row, 1 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, 2 x 3 sts in every 2nd row. In 58,5 cm = 170 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 11 sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams; cast on 90 sts from WS along the neck-hole chamfer and 31 sts along the neck-hole = 211 sts and work with rib. The pattern is on WS. In 4 rows, continue making collar with shorten rows, for this, make 2 sts fewer in the end of every row and turn with yarn over. At 23 cm = 66 rows height of the collar, make 2 more rows and bind off the sts due to the pattern. Fasten the edge of collar from RS with double yarn with 1 row of slip sts; make every slip st in 2 sts. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams.
