You’ll need:

350g of mohair yarn (250m/50g) – knit with 2 threads of yarn;

Knitting needles 3 and 5.

Size: L.

Stitches control: 16 sts х 19 rows = 10 х 10 cm.

Wavy pattern: due to the scheme.

Make yarn overs in the WS rows as purls.

Repeat 1^st-36^th rows.

Caston 83 sts with knitting needles 3.

1^st row: 1 selvedge st, 3 knit sts, * 10 purls, 3 knit sts* x 4 tines. Continue: 1 selvedge st, 3 sts of wrong-side pattern before the pattern repeat, * 13 sts + wavy pattern* x 5 times, 1 selvedge st. You should get 6 pattern repeats in one row. Arm-hole – bind off 5 sts from both sides in the 93^rd row. Continue work to the 136^th row. Bind off all the sts.

Front

Makeinthesameway, asback. Start forming neck-hole in the 116^th row. For this, bind off the central 13 sts and bind off these 13 sts from both sides – 2 sts x 4 in every 2^nd row. You should have 16 sts from both sides. Bind off all the sts in the 136^th row.

Sleeves

Cast on 44 sts.

1^st row: 1 selvedge st, 3 knit sts, * 10 purls, 3 knit sts* x twice. Then – 1 selvedge st, 3 sts of wrong-side pattern before pattern repeat, * 13 sts + wavy pattern* x twice, 1 selvedge st. You should get 3 pattern repeats in one row. For widening, increase 1 st from both sides in the 10^th row from the beginning of work, then, 1 st x 6 in every 10^th row. You should have 58 sts on the knitting needles. To make sleeve cap, make decreases in the 84^th row – bind off 4 sts from both sides, then, 1 st x 1, 1 st x 9. 2 stsx 4 inevery 2^ndrow. Youshouldhave 12 stsleft. Bind off the sts in the 114^th row.

Assembly

Sew sides and shoulders. Sew sleeves in the arm-holes.

Collar

Lift 84 sts along the neck-hole line with knitting needles 3 and make 1 x 1 rib for 7 rows. Then, change to knitting needles 5 and make 43 more rows of rib. Bind off the sts in the 51^st row.
