​Vertical Honeycomb Knit Stitch

The quantity of sts is multipled 3 + 2 sts.

Set-up row (right-side): 2 purls, * slip 1 st with yarn over, yarn in front of work, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *;

1st row (wrong-side): 2 knit sts, * slip 1 st with yarn over, 1 more yarn over behind, 2 knit sts*; repeat from * to * to end of row;

2nd row (right-side): 2 purls, * slip 1 st with 2 yarn overs, 1 more yarn over in front of, 2 purls*; repeat from * to * to end of row;

3rd row (wrong-side): 1 knit st, slip 1 st with yarn over, * st with 3 yarn overs together as knit st (slip st with yarn over) twice*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 knit st;

4th row: 1 purl, purl2tog, * slip 1 st with yarn over, yarn in front of work, (purl2tog) twice*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 purl.

Repeat 1st-4th rows.
