The quantity of sts is multipled 8 + 2.

At first, make set-up row (WS): 2 chain sts, 1 double crochet in the 4th st from the crochet hook, 1 double crochet in every st to end of row, turn.

1st row (RS): 2 chain sts, * skip 2 crochets, 1 right-side relief treble crochet in the next 2 crochets, leave this crochet behind work, 1 right-side relief treble crochet in front of work in every of the 2 skipped crochets; skip the next 2 crochets, 1 right-side relief treble crochet in the next 2 crochets in front of work, 1relief treble crochet behind work in every of the 2 skipped crochets*; repeat from * to *, slip st, turn;

2nd row: 2 chain sts, 1 wrong-side relief double crochet in every crochet, slip st, turn;

3rd row: 2 chain sts, * skip the next 2 crochets, 1 right-side relief treble crochet in front of work, 1 right-side relief treb;e crochet in every of the 2 skipped crochets behind work; skip 2 crochets, 1 right-side relief treble crochet in the next 2 crochets behind work, 1 right-side relief treble crochet in the 2 skipped crochets in front of work; repeat from * to *, slip st, turn;
