​Circle and Rosettes Afghan

You'll need:

800g of yarn (96% cotton, 4% polyester; 105m/50g) of smoke-grey color and 700g of blue color;

Crochet hook 4.

Size: 128сm x 160сm.

Used Patterns

Rosette: make a ring from blue yarn and crochet around due to the scheme. Start each row with chain st and finish with 1 slip st.

Make from 1st to 7th rows once, pay attention to colors alternation:

1st row - blue yarn;

2 rows of smoke-grey yarn, blue, smoke-grey, etc.

Circle: make a ring of smoke-grey yarn and make single crochets in it around. Start each row with extra chain st and finish with 1 slip st in the 1st single crochet of the circle row.

1st row: 8 single crochets;

2nd row (blue yarn): 16 single crochets;

3rd row (smoke-grey yarn): make 2 sts from every 2nd st (24 sts);

4th row (blue yarn): make 2 sts from every 3rd st (32 sts);

5th row (smoke-grey yarn): make 2 sts from every 4th st (40 sts).

Stitches control: "rosette" pattern - Ø16сm, "circle" pattern - Ø6сm.

For your afghan you'll need to make 80 "rosettes" and 63 "circles". You can increase the quantity of motifs to your liking or your sofa size.

Vapor ready-made motifs and let them dry. Connect "rosette" motifs along "A" places on the scheme. Sew circles in intervals - "B" places on the scheme.
