Special Stitches
Herringbone Half Double Crochet (hbhdc): yo, insert hook into designated st, yo, draw through st and first loop on hook, yo, draw through remaining 2 loops on hook.
Forked Slip Stitch (fslst): insert hook into same space as the previous st, pull up a loop, insert hook into next st, pull up a loop. You now have 3 loops on hook. Pull the top loop through the bottom 2 loops.
Adjusting the Length
