​Crochet Summer Cardigan

You’ll need:

700g of 100% cotton yarn in mélange sandy color;

Crochet hooks 4 and 5.

Size: M.

Note: work in 2 threads of yarn, starting from the upper part.

Instructions

Back

Make 61 chain sts with crochet hook 5 and work due to the scheme 1, repeat 2^nd-8^th rows. Finish your work at 96 cm height after making 8 pattern repeats, make the 8^th row of the scheme.

Right Front

Make 31 chain sts with crochet hook 5 and work due to the scheme 1. Finish your work at the same height, as back.

Left Front

Make in symmetry to right front.

Sleeves

Make 31 chain sts with crochet hook 5 and work due to the scheme 2. At 32 cm height, decrease 3 x 1 st in every row from both sides. At 60 cm height, after making 5 pattern repeats, finish your work.

Assembly

Sew 1 pattern repeat of back and front for each shoulder seam, leave the rest pattern repeats for neck-hole. Make seams and sew up the sleeves in arm-holes. Fasten front and neck-hole with 4 rows of single crochets, making 3 single crochets from every corner st. For straps, make 2 chains of 30 cm each and fasten it with 1 row of single crochets. Sew straps to front.
