- Size K hook - or size to obtain gauge
- Tapestry needle

Repeat Rows 4-7 until scarf is 58" long or desired length, ending with Row 7. Fasten off.
Finishing:
For fringe, cut 96 strands of yarn 14" long (wrap yarn around a 7” measure 96 times and cut wrap at one
end.) For each fringe, insert hook under two loops of each single crochet stitch at ends of scarf, fold 3
strands in half over hook, pull loop through, then pull ends of strands through loop on hook and tighten.
Trim to desired length.
Hat
Rnd 1: Ch 4, join with sl st to form ring (or use disappearing loop beginning method: wind yarn around
forefinger once, insert hook into loop, yo, pull loop through ring), ch 3, work 11 dc in ring, join with sl st in
top of beg ch-3 (12 dc)
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same st at base of beg ch-3, *2 dc in each dc around, join with sl st to top of beg ch-3
