MATERIALS:

  • Peaches N Creme Cotton yarn - 4ply worsted weight (White - less than 1 ounce )
  • Peaches N Creme Cotton yarn - 4ply worsted weight (Green - less than 1 ounce )
  • Hook Size K

Stitches: ch, linked dc, rev sc, sc, sc2tog, sl st.

Difficulty: MEDIUM

R1: Holding one strand of each color together, Ch4.
Make the first Linked Double Crochet as follows:
Insert hook in the second ch from the hook and pull up a lp.
Sk next ch.
Insert hook in the last ch (later referred to as "center ch") and pull up a lp.
(Yarn over, draw through 2 loops) twice

Make 11 more Linked DC into the center ch.
Join with a sl st in the first st. (12 sts)

R2: Ch1, do not turn. 2sc in ea st. (24sc)

R3: Place Marker (begin continuous rounds)
(Sc in the next st. 2sc in the next st.) around (36sc)

R4: Place Marker. Sc in ea st. (36sc)

R5: Place Marker. (Sc2tog. Sc in next st.) around (24sts)

R6: Place Marker. (Sc in the next 2sts. Sc2tog.) around (18sts)

R7: Sl st in the next st. Ch3.
2 Linked Dc in ea st. Join with a sl st in the first st.

R8: Ch1, do not turn. Rev Sc in ea st around. Join with a sl st.

Fasten off.
