I've known how to crochet ever since I was young but with a working life it was really hard to do much crocheting now that I have retired I have been crocheting a lot and enjoying it very much I live out in the middle of nowhere we raise yaks cows chickens living in the mountains it's always pretty when you walk outside I lost my husband 5 years ago and that's when crocheting did seem to help it keeps you busy and you wind up making pretty things to give away or sell I love getting new patterns I've got more than I need I guess right now but that's okay I'll keep getting more
