Hi, this pop up depends on your browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc), so in order to get rid of it I suggest downloading an adblocker, or switching browsers.
On another note, never, ever listen to pop ups on websites. They claim all sorts of stuff and it is never true. If you paid for your antivirus, then you are good to go. Don't listen to them!
