I've been crocheting since 2000 and I learned from a woman who came here from Germany. I regret that I never learned how to knit from her. At the time, I was only interested in learning how to crochet.

I can't knit although I've tried. I constantly drop stitches and cannot figure how to pick them up. This is in spite of having both read and watched picking up dropped stitches.
