Used Patterns

Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 9 + 2. Work due to the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-8th rows x once, then, repeat 3rd-8th rows due to the stripes order.

Stripes order: * 2 pink rows, 1 brown row, 2 orange rows, 1 brown row, 2 red rows, 1 brown row*; repeat from * to *.

Stitches control: 21 sts x 9,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back and Front

Make 191 (218) 236 chain sts with brown yarn and work with main pattern due to the stripes order = 21 (24) 26 pattern repeats + 1 initial and final st (= 3 (4) 5 pattern repeats + initial and final sts for front, 2 pattern repeats for arm-holes and 11 (12) 12 pattern repeats for back). In 39 (39) 41 cm from the set-up row, skip initial and final sts from both sides for neck-hole chamfer and ½ pattern repeat from both sides. Then, skip 3 x ½ pattern repeat in every 3rd row. At the same time in 44 cm from the set-up row, leave the central 15 (16) 16 pattern repeats and make left front at first. Finish your work on the rest sts of shoulder in 62 (62) 64 cm from the set-up row. For back, work on the central 11 (12) 12 pattern repeats and finish your work at the height front.

Sleeves

Make 56 (56) 65 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with the main pattern, start with colors order from red yarn = 6 (6) 7 pattern repeats and 1 initial and final st. In 8 cm from the set-up row, skip initial and final sts and 1 pattern repeat from both sides. Then, skip 4 x ½ pattern repeat from both sides in every 3rd row for sleeve cap and 0 (0) 1 x ½ pattern repeat in the next 2nd row. Finish your work on the rest sts in 22 (22) 24 cm from the set-up row.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Fasten lower edges of sleeves with 3 rows of single crochets with brown yarn. Make sleeve seams, sew up the sleeves. Fasten all edges of jacket with 3 circle rows of single crochets with brown yarn (start every circle row with 1 chain st increase instead of the 1st single crochet and finish with 1 slip st in the set-up chain st). Make some single crochets in 1 base st in the corners. Make 8 button-holes in the 2nd row of the right front. Sew buttons.
