Crochet White Skirt
You’ll need:
100 (150) 150g of white yarn (96% cotton, 4% polyester; 160m/50g);
50g of the same yarn, but in blue color;
Crochet hooks 4 and 5.
Size: 1-2 years (3-4 years) 5-6 years.
Used Patterns
Double crochets, crochet hook 4: work with circle rows, start every row with 3 chain sts increase instead of the 1st double crochet and finish with 1 slip st in upper chain st increase.
Ruffle, crochet hook 4: 1st row: white yarn, join the yarn to the needed circle row: 1 chain st, * skip 3 sts, 9 treble crochets in the next st, skip 3 sts, 1 slip st in chain st increase, circle the row;
2nd row: blue yarn, join the yarn to the needed circle row: 1 chain st, 1 st in every st of the previous row, 1 single crochet, 1 slip st in chain st increase.
Arches, crochet hook 4: * 1 slip st, skip 2 sts, 5 single crochets in the next st, skip 2 sts*; repeat from * to *, 1 slip st in the 1st slip st.
Heart pattern, crochet hook 4: blue yarn, make 1 chain st increase, 1st row: 1 chain st increase, 1 single crochet in chain st of the previous row;
2nd row: 1 chain st increase, 3 single crochets in single crochets of the previous row;
3rd row: 1 chain st increase, 5 single crochets in 3 single crochets of the previous rows, make 2 single crochets in the 1st and last sts of the previous row;
4th row: 1 chain st increase, 7 single crochets from 5 single crochets of the previous row,2 single crochets in the 1st and last st of the previous row;
5th row: 1 chain st increase, 3 single crochets, 1 slip st, 3 single crochets. Fasten one heart with 1 circle row of single crochets.
Stitches control: 18 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Crochet as one-piece cloth from up to down. For this, make 104 (120) 136 chain sts with white yarn and circle them in the ring with 1 slip st. Work with double crochets, insert crochet hook only through back loop in the 2nd and 3rd rows and also in the last 7 circle rows. In 24 (28) 32 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.
Assembly
Make ruffle as it’s described above. Insert crochet hook through front loops of upper double crochets of 17th, 20th and 23rd rows (21st, 24th and 27th rows) 25th, 28th and 31st rows. Fasten the upper edge of skirt with blue yarn with arches. Make 2 hearts, as described above. For cord, make a chain of 110 (115) 120 cm long in 2 threads of blue yarn. Sew 1 heart to each end of cord.
