​White Crochet Skirt with Fancy Borders

You’ll need:

350 (400) 450g of white yarn (47% cotton, 47% polyacryl, 6% polyester; 165m/50g);

Crochet hook 3,5.

Used Patterns

Main pattern: work on odd quantity of sts.

1^st-2^nd rows: half crochets. Start every row with 2 chain sts increase instead of the 1^st half crochet and finish with 1 half crochet in the last chain st increase of the previous row;

3^rd row: 3 chain sts increase, * 1 chain st, skip 1 st of the previous row, 1 double crochet*; repeat from * to *;

4^th and all following rows: half crochets.

Flower fringe: 12 chain sts and 1 slip st in the 8^th chain st from the crochet hook. Then, work due to the scheme 1. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.

Lattice fringe: the quantity of sts is multiple 10 + 7. Work due to the scheme 2. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-4^th rows x once, make arches in the 4^th row at the same time.

Fans fringe: the quantity of sts is multiple 6 + 1. Work due to the scheme 3. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-3^rd rows x once.

Border: the quantity of sts is multiple 14 + 1. Work due to the scheme 4 straight on the lower edge of skirt. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-9^th rows x once.

Stitches control: 18,5 sts x 14 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Make 77 (83) 93 chain sts + 2 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. For side chamfers, increase 8 x 1 st in every 7^th row 11 x 1 st in every 5^th row) 10 x 1 st in every 6^th row from the set-up row = 93 (105) 113 sts. In 48 cm = 66 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly

Make right side seam. Fasten lower edge with border, make 183 sts in the 1^st row = 12 pattern repeats + initial and final sts (211 sts = 14 pattern repeats + initial and final sts) 255 sts = 15 pattern repeats + initial and final sts. Then, make flower fringe x twice about 84 (92) 102 cm long and 97 (111) 117 cm long x once, then, make lattice fringe about 93 (105) 110 cm x once, fans fringe about 107 (111) 117 cm long. Sew fringe to the skirt, as it’s shown in the photo. Make left side seam. Make 1 cord of 5 threads (120 (128) 136 cm long) and draw through sts of the 3^rd row.
