For the 1st motif, make a loop of yarn and make 3 circle rows due to the scheme, start every row with 3 or 1 chain sts instead of the 1st double crochet or single crochet and finish with 1 slip st in upper chain st increase. If needed, turn to the next row with the help of slip st. Make all the rest motifs, as the 1st motif, attach yarn to the previous motif in the 3rd circle row. For this, connect motif with the previous motifs in the marked places with the help of 1 slip st.
Waste course: work due to the scheme 1. Join the yarn at arrow A, start with 4 chain sts instead of treble crochet and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat x 5 times, finish with sts after pattern repeat.
Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 3 + 2. Work due to the scheme 2. Start with st before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-3rd rows x once, then, repeat 2nd-3rd rows.

Instructions
Lower Border
Make 30 (36) flower motifs and connect them due to the scheme 1. At first, connect 10 (12) motifs in a strip, connect the 10th (12th) motif with the 1st motif to make the first ring. Make the 2nd and 3rd rings in the same way, as the first one, connect motifs with replacement with the previous ring, the height of border = 27 cm.
Back
Fasten 5 (6) motifs of the upper ring of border with 1 waste course row. Continue work with the main pattern, make 56 (58) sts in the 1st row. At the same time, for side chamfer, decrease 13 x 1 st in every 8th row from both sides = 50 (62) sts. In 43 cm from the beginning of the waste course row, decrease 3 sts from both sides for arm-holes, then, 3 x 1 st in every row = 38 (50) sts. In 60 (62,5) cm from the beginning of the main pattern, bind off the central 16 (22) sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. In 61,5 (64) cm from the beginning of waste course, finish your work on the rest 11 (14) sts for shoulders.
Front
Make in the same way, as back, but for deeper neck-hole, bind off the central 10 (16) sts in 54,5 (57) cm from the beginning of waste course and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, decrease 3 x 1 st in every row from inwards.
Sleeves
For each sleeve, make 26 (32) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. For sleeve chamfer, increase 1 st from both sides in 3 cm from the set-up row, then, 5 x 1 st in every 6th and 4th rows by turn = 38 (44) sts. In 44 cm from the set-up row, decrease 3 sts from both sides for sleeve caps, then, 8 x 1 st in every row. In 57 cm from the set-up row, finish your work in the rest 16 (22) sts.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams. Fasten neck-hole with fringe of picots. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten the edges of sleeves with fringe of picots.
