You’ll need:

550 (600) 600g of pink Cashmerino Aran yarn (55% merino wool, 33% microfiber, 12% cashmere; 90m/50g);

Knitting needles 4,5 and 5;

Circular knitting needles 4,5.

Size: S (M) L.

Used Patterns

Rib, knitting needles 4,5: straight and reversed rows: 1 selvage st, * 1 knit st, 1 purl*, 1 selvage st;

Circle rows: * 1 knit st, 1 purl*.

Relief pattern with cables, knitting needles 5: the quantity of sts is multiple 7 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows sts as they face, yarn overs, as purls. Repeat 1st-12th rows.

Wrong-side pattern: in RS row – purls, in WS row – knit sts.

Stitches control: 20 sts x 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Cast on 86 (92) 98 sts and make 6 cm of rib, increase 7 (8) 9 sts in the last row = 93 (100) 107 sts. Then, work with relief pattern with cables. At the same time from rib, increase 2 x 1 st of wrong-side pattern in every 18th row from both sides = 99 (106) 113 sts. In 27,5 cm = 72 rows (26 cm = 68 rows) 24,5 cm = 64 rows from rib, bind off 3 sts from for arm-holes and 4 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 75 (82) 89 sts. In 44 cm = 114 rows from rib, bind off the central 31 (32) 33 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 2 x 2 sts in every 2nd row from inwards. In 46 cm = 120 rows from rib, bind off the rest 18 (21) 24 sts of shoulder from each side,

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but for deeper neck-hole, bind off the central 19 (20) 21 sts in 39 cm = 102 rows from rib and bind off 4 x 2 sts and 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row from inwards.

Sleeves

Cast on 56 (62) 68 sts and make 6 cm of rib, increase 16 (17) 18 sts in the last WS row = 72 (79) 86 sts. Then, work with relief pattern with cables. At the same time from rib, increase 7 x 1 st in every 4th row from both sides for sleeve chamfers = 86 (93) 100 sts, include the increased srs in the pattern. In 11,5 cm = 30 rows from rib, bind off 3 sts from both sides for sleeve caps and 14 x 2 st in every 2nd row. In 23 cm = 60 rows from rib, bind off the rest 24 (31) 38 sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Cast on 80 (82) 84 sts with circular knitting needles and make placket with rib. At 3 cm height of placket, bind off all sts due to the pattern. Sew up sleeves, make side and sleeve seams.
