800g of Merio Maxi yarn (50% merino wool, 50% acryl; 60m/100g);
Knitting needles 8.

Used Patterns
Double rib: cast on the half of the needed quantity of sts with contrast yarn.
1st row: with working yarn: * 1 knit st, 1 yarn over*; repeat from * to *;
3rd and all the following rows: * 1 knit st, slip 1 purl, yarn in front of work*; repeat from * to*, take off contrast yarn in ready-made detail.
Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls.
Garter stitch: knit.
Stitches control: 10 sts x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 40 sts and make 4 rows of double rib and 42 rows with garter stitch. Then, work with stockinette stitch. In 30 cm, bind off 1 x 2 sts from both sides for arm-holes chamfers, knit 2 rows and decrease 1 x 1 st from both sides. In 48 cm, bind off the rest 34 sts, 7 edging sts from both sides are for shoulders.
Left Front
Knit across. Cast on 86 sts and make 4 rows of double rib, then, work with garter stitch. Make decreases in the 1st row of garter stitch in the following way to get gored edge: 20 sts of garter stitch, broaching, 1 st of garter stitch, knit2tog, 58 sts of garter stitch, 3 sts of double rib. Repeat these decreases in every 2nd row x 21 times. Leave the left edging 18 sts in the 27th row for neck-hole and bind off the left edging 18 sts in the 39th row for arm-hole chamfer, bind off the rest 6 sts.
Right Front
Knit in symmetry.
Sleeves
Cast on 24 sts and make 4 rows of double rib and 10 rows of garter stitch. After that, work with stockinette stitch, increase 4 x 1 st in every 10th row from both sides. In 38 cm, decrease 5 x 1 st in every 2nd row from both sides for sleeve cap and bind off the rest 18 sts in 49 cm.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams. For collar, cast on the previously left 18 sts of right front neck-hole, make 20 rows of garter stitch and leave these sts. Cast on the previously left 18 sts of left front neck-hole, make 21 rows of garter stitch and leave all sts. Connect the previously left details of both parts of collar with kitchener’s stitch and sew lower edge of collar to back neck-hole. Sew up sleeves, make sleeve and side seams.
