Instructions
Dress
Start your work with corsage. For one part, make 38 chain sts and work with double crochets for 13 rows. Then, divide your work in half and then work only on 19 sts for 11 rows. Fold the detail, as it’s shown in the pattern design, connect points A. Make seams. Make second part in symmetry.
Relief Insert
Work from down to up. Make 162 chain sts and work with relief pattern due to the scheme 1 for 17 rows. Fold detail in half, cut should be from the left side.
Front of Skirt
Work from lower edge of front part of relief insert with double crochets, increase 10 double crochets in the 1st row = 91 sts. For side chamfers, increase 1 st in every 2nd row from both sides. Finish your work at 40 cm length of skirt (or any desired length).
Back of Skirt
Make in symmetry to front.
Assembly
Sew the corsage to the upper edge of relief insert. Sew hidden zipper. Make side seams of skirt. Fasten the bottom of skirt due to the scheme 2. Fasten corsage with single crochets, make straps of 140 chain sts and fasten them with 1 row of single crochets.
Bolero
Back
Make 96 chain sts and work with relief pattern due to the scheme 3. For side chamfers, increase 2 double crochets in every 2nd row from both sides. At 19 cm height from the set-up row, crochet straight for 16 cm and finish your work.
Front
Make 47 chain sts and work with relief pattern due to the scheme 3. Make all the increases and decrease, matching with the pattern design. Make another half of front in symmetry.
Sleeves
Make shoulder seams. Make 1 row of single crochets along the edge of arm-hole (width of arm-hole is 32 cm – 16 cm from each side) and then work due to the scheme 3. Make decreases along the edges of sleeves chamfers due to the pattern design.
Assembly
Make sleeve and side seams. Fasten neck-hole, edges of front, bottom of work and sleeves with 1 row of single crochets. For straps, make 2 chains of 15 cm long and attach them at the edges of front.
I love this bolero, but the dress is too short for me
You can make the skirt longer by means of repeating the rows of the scheme to the needed length
