MAKE WITH CRAFTORATOR. Bright Crochet Jacket.

My dear crafters,

I decided to make our website more interesting, so here is a new category of posts. 

Every week I'll post a pattern with heading "MAKE WITH CRAFTORATOR", if you make this cloth, please, post your photos and in the end of the week, some other knitters/crocheters will vote for you work and we will choose the best one.

I promise to think of award for all who will take part and special prize for the winner.

You’ll need:

150g of olive, turquoise, green, brown Java yarn (67% cotton, 33% viscose; 158m/50g) (each);

100g of the same yarn, but in orange color;

Crochet hook 3.

Size: S.

Used Patterns

Zigzags pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 14 + 1 + 3 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-4^th rows x once, then, repeat 3^rd-4^th rows. Increases are stated in the 5^th and 6^th rows.

Colors order: * 4 brown rows, 4 olive rows, 4 turquoise rows, 4 green rows, 2 orange rows*.

Stitches control: 21,5 sts x 12,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Note: work from up to down.

Back

Make 99 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with brown yarn and work with zigzags pattern due to the colors order = 6 pattern repeats + initial and final sts. In 32 cm = 40 rows from the set-up row, make 1 row with increases (5^th row of the scheme). Repeat these increases c 8 times in every RS row. Finish your work in 64 cm = 80 rows from set-up row.

Right Front

Make 29 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with brown yarn and work with zigzags pattern due to the colors order = 1 pattern repeat + initial and final sts. In 7 cm = 9 rows from the set-up row, make 21 chain sts for neck-hole and work with zigzags pattern = 3 pattern repeats + final sts or 64 sts. In 32 cm = 40 rows from the set-up row, make increases in the same way, as for back = 134 sts and finish your work at the height of back.

Left Front

Make in symmetry to right front.

Sleeves

Make 57 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with orange yarn and work with zigzags pattern due to the colors order = 3 pattern repeats + initial and final sts. In 40 cm = 50 rows from the set-up row, make 1 row with increases. Repeat these increases in every RS row x twice = 89 sts. Finish your work in 45 cm = 56 rows from the set-up row.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten the edges of front and neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets with olive yarn. Then, fasten neck-hole with picots.
