​Tender Crochet Pullover

You’ll need:

200g of pink Elastico yarn (96% cotton, 4% polyester; 160m/50g);

150g of white and violet Puntino yarn (100% cotton; 160m/50g) (each);

150g of grey-blue Flora yarn (60% bio-cotton, 40% bio-soy; 140m/50g);

Crochet hook 3,5;

Circular knitting needles 3,5.

Size: S (M).

Used Patterns

2 x 2 rib;

Zigzags pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 8 + 1 + 1 chain st increase. Work due to the scheme. Start every row with 1 or 3 chain sts increase instead of the 1^st single or double crochet and st before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-3^rd rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd and 3^rd rows due to the colors order.

Colors order: 3 white rows, * 2 pink rows, 2 violet rows, 2 grey-blue rows, 2 white rows*; repeat from * to *.

Stitches control: zigzags pattern: 18,5 sts x 15,5 rows = 10 x 20 cm.

Note: 3 double crochets together due to the pattern are concerned as 1 st.

Make pattern design in natural size.

Instructions

Back/Front

Make 89 (97) chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with zigzags pattern due to the colors order. In 42,5 cm = 33 rows from the set-up row, leave 2 (3) sts from both sides for raglan chamfers and leave the sts in the next row in the following way: for size S, leave * 2 x 2 sts and 1 x 2 st*; repeat from * to * x twice = 17 decreased sts; for size M, leave 7 x 2 sts and 4 x 1 st = 21 decreased st. In 55,5 cm = 43 rows (58 cm = 45 rows) from the set-up row, make 1 row of single crochets on the rest 55 sts with white yarn and finish your work.

Sleeves

Make 37 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with zigzags pattern due to the colors order = 6 pattern repeats + 1 final st. Decrease the chain sts marked with arrow = 6 chain sts in every pattern repeat. There are 49 st sin work after the 1^st row. At the same time with the 2^nd row, increase 4 x 1 st in every 7^th row (8 x 1 st in every 3^rd and 4^th rows by turn) = 57 (650 sts, include the increased sts in pattern. In 42,5 cm = 33 rows from the set-up row, make decreases for raglan chamfers in the same way, as for back. In 55,5 cm = 43 rows from the set-up row, make 1 row of single crochets on the rest 23 sts with white yarn and finish your work.

Assembly

Make raglan, side and sleeve seams. For the placket, cast on 132 (140) sts along the lower edge of pullover with pink yarn and circular knitting needles and work with rib. At 7 cm height of the placket, bind off the sts due to the pattern. Cast on 132 (148) sts along the neck-hole line with pink yarn and circular knitting needles and make placket with rib. At 6 cm height, bind off all the sts due to the pattern.
