450g of silver-grey Pallas yarn (50% cotton, 50% polyacryl; 125m/50g);

Main pattern, crochet hook 4: the quantity of sts is multiple 3 + 2 + 2 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme 1. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-3^rd rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd and 3^rd rows.

Lace pattern, crochet hook 3,5: the quantity of sts is multiple 30 + 2. Work due to the scheme 2. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-14^th rows x once.

Fringe, crochet hook 3,5: the quantity of sts is odd.

1^st row; single crochets;

2^nd row: * 1 st of “shrimp stitch”, 1 chain st, skip 1 st*; repeat from * to *, 1 st of “shrimp stitch”.

Stitches control: main pattern: 20 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Lace pattern: 30 sts x 14 rows = 15 x 25 cm.

Instructions

Back

Make 86 chain sts + 2 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. In 10 cm = 12 rows from the set-up row, leave 4 sts from both sides for arm-holes and 3 x 2 sts in every 2^nd row. In 28,5 cm = 34 rows from the set-up row, leave the central 20 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, leave 1 x 2 sts in every 2^nd row from inwards. At the same time with the first decrease, leave 2 x 7 sts in every row from both sides for shoulder chamfers. In 31 cm = 37 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Left Front

Make 62 chain sts + 2 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. For the chamfer, decrease 1 x 2 sts in the next 2^nd row from the left side, 5 x 2 sts, 2 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, 2 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, 2 x 1 st in every row, 7 x 1 st in every 2^nd row, 2 x 1 st in every 3^rd row. Make arm-hole and shoulder chamfer from the right-side in the same way, as for back. Finish your work at the height of back.

Right Front

Make in symmetry to the left front.

Sleeves

Make 50 chain sts + 2 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 4 x 1 st in every 2^nd row from both sides. In 8,5 cm = 10 rows from the set-up row, leave 4 sts from both sides for sleeve cap, then, 2 x 2 sts, 4 x 1 st, 3 x 1 st in every 2^nd row, 2 x 1 st and 1 x 2 sts in every row. In 22 cm = 26 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Lace Fringe

Make 25 cm = 14 rows with lace pattern along the lower edge of back and finish your work. Make 25 cm = 14 rows with lace pattern along the lower edge of sleeves and finish your work.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams; sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten chamfers and back neck-hole with fringe.
