Front and Back
This part of jacket is made as one-piece cloth in transversal direction, start with left front. Cast on 223 sts and work with 2 x 2 rib. At 30 cm height from the beginning of work, form the space for arm-hole in the following way: transfer the first 46 sts to the auxiliary needle, knit the next 91 sts with auxiliary yarn. Return the sts from auxiliary yarn to the left-hand needle, then, 46 sts from the auxiliary needle. Knit all the sts on the knitting needle with main yarn and continue knitting straight as one-piece cloth to the next arm-hole. Repeat the previously described actions and continue work with right front. For right sleeve, take off the auxiliary yarn. After getting open sts, cast them on circle knitting needles. Then, make sleeve around with 2 x 2 rib, place marker on the st, located on the edge of side seam (middle st). For forming side chamfers, make decreases in the following way: make knit2tog in every 2nd row due to the ornament before central st and the next 2 sts after the central st. At 50 cm height from arm-holes, bind off the rest sts. Make the left sleeve in the same way.
