Sandy Pullover with Nice Yoke
You’ll need:
750g of yarn (50% cotton, 50% viscose; 120m/50g);
Straight and circle knitting needles 3 and 3,5.
Size: M-L.
Instructions
Work with the main pattern due to the scheme 1. Placket pattern – 1 row of knit sts, 1 row of purls. Yoke – due to the scheme 2 with RS circle row, WS circle rows – due to the ornament, yarn overs – as purls.

Caston98 (106) stswithknittingneedles 3. Make 7 cm of 2 x 2 rib. Increase 35 (37) sts in the last row. Then, work with the main pattern and knitting needles 3,5. After 32,5 cm from the beginning of work, bind off 2 sts from both sides, then, 1 st x 8 and 2 sts in every 2nd row by turn. Leave the sts, when the total length is 39 cm.
Front
Make in the same way, as back.
Sleeves
Caston 50 (54) stswithknittingneedles 3. Continue work with rib for 6 cm. Increase 29 (25) sts in the last row of rib. Continue work with the main pattern and knitting needles 3,5, start from arrow on the scheme 1. For sleeve chamfer, increase 1 st x 16 in every 6th row. After knitting 40,5 cm from the edge of the detail, bind off 2 sts in every 2nd row, 1 st x 8 and 2 sts x 8 by turn. There are 83 sts on the knitting needles. Leave the sts at 47 cm height.
Make the second sleeve in the same way.
Yoke
Collect all the left sts on the circle knitting needles 3,5. Next row – knit sts. Then, connecting selvedge sts and knit2tog x 11 (12) times. Totally, 361 (380) sts. Continue work with placket pattern. Turn to circle knitting needles 3 after finishing the 2ndscheme and make 2 cm due to the placket pattern. Decrease 2 sts x 6 in the 5th circle row.
Connect the details with Kitchener stitch.
