Knit Neck Warmer
You’ll need:
150g of yarn with at least 65% wool content (100m/50g);
Circle knitting needles 4 (40 cm);
Crochet hook 4.
Minimal diameter: 64 cm.
Maximal diameter: 107 cm.
Used Patterns
Garter stitch: 1 row of knit sts and 1 row of purls by turn;
3 x 3 rib;
Pattern: due to the scheme.
Instructions
Cast on 224 sts with knitting needles 4. Turn to circle knitting.
Make 6 rowsofgarterstitch. Then, turn to making the pattern due to the scheme. In width – 16 pattern repeats. After knitting the pattern due to the scheme once (vertically), you should get 96 sts. Increase 6 sts in the next row of knit sts. Totally, 102 sts.
Turn to rib pattern and make 9 cm with it. Bind off the sts due to the ornament.
Fastening
Fasten the lower edge with crochet hook 4: * 1 single crochet, 3 chain sts, 1 double crochet in the 3rd st, skip 1,5 cm*; repeat from * to * to end of row. Finish with 1 slip st in the 1st crochet.
