Crochet Girl Tunic
You'll need:
Cotton Mix yarn (60% cotton, 40% polyarcyl, 55m/50g) of green color;
Crochet hooks 5 and 6.
Size: 92/98 (104/110) 116/122.
Instructions
Single crochet: start every circle row with 1 chain st instead of the 1st chain crochet and finish with 1 slip st in the chain st.
Double crochet: start every row with 3 chain sts instead of the 1st double crochet.
Ornament of 6 sts: is made due to the scheme. Start with the sts befor pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with the sts after pattern repeat. Crochet 1st-3rd rows once, then repeat 2nd-3rd rows.
Picot: * 1 slip st, 3 chain st, 1 slip st in the 1st chain st, skip 1 st of the lower row; repeat from * to end.
Flower: make 7 chain sts and circle them in a ring with the help of 1 slip st in the ring.
1st row: 10 single crochets in the ring, slip st;
2nd row: * 1 single crochet, 3 chain sts, 1 half-crochet, 2 double crochets, 1 half-crochet in the 1 st of the lower row, 3 chain sts, 1 single st in the next st; repeat from * to end.
Stitches control: 9,5 sts x 4 rows = 10 x 10 cm with the ornament of 6 sts.
11 sts x 6,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm with double crochet.
Back
Make 34 (40) 46 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase instead of the 1st double crochet with the help of crochet hook 6 and green yarn, then crochet with the ornament of 6 sts with crochet hook 5 to 22 (25) 28 cm height, start with slip sts, decrease the quantity of sts in the 1st row to 31 (35) 39 double crochets.
In 4 (5) 6 cm from changing patterns, leave 2 sts from both sides and 2 x 1 st in every row.
In 14 (17) 20 cm from changing patterns, leave central 13 (15) 17 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately.
Finish work at 16 (19) 22 cm from changing patterns.
Front
Crochet in analogy to back, but make deeper neck-hole. After 9 (12) 15 cm from changing pattern, bind off 5 (7) 9 sts and finish both sides separately, bind off 1 x 2 and 2 x 1 sts in every row from neck-hole edge. Finish at the moment, when the height of front is the same as the height of back.
Assembly
Make shoulder and side seams. Fasten all the open edges with green yarn 1 row of circle row with single crochets and picot with crochet hook 5. Make 6 (8) 8 white flowers and sew them around the neck-hole.
