Instructions

Row 1: Make a chain of a multiple of 3. Then make double crochet in the 4th chain st from your hook and in each chain st across. Make 1 chain st, turn

Row 2: Make 2 double crochets in the same single crochet as the chain st 1. Skip 2 sts. * (single crochet, 2 double crochets) in the next st, skip 2 sts. Repeat from * across. Place 1 single crochet in top of 3 chain sts. Make 3 chain sts, turn

Row 3: Working in the back loop only double crochet in each stitch across. Make 1 chain st, turn. Be sure to make your last double crochet in the 1st chain st of the previous row. Don’t miss this stitch.

Repeat rows 2 and 3 until your piece is the desired length.
