Bear:
Hook: 5mm.
Brown chenille size 4 medium.
Beige chenille size 4 medium.
Pink chenille size 4 medium.
Purple chenille size 4 medium.

Bunny:
White chenille size 4 medium.
Light blue chenille size 4 medium.
Pink acrylic/cotton yarn.

Safety eyes (12mm)
Stuffing.
Tapestry needle.
Stitch marker.
Scissors.

Bunny and bear’s body

Use white yarn for the bunny or brown yarn for the bear.

R1. 6 sc in a mr (6)
R2. 6 inc (12)
R3. (sc,inc)*6 (18)
R4. (2sc,inc)*6 (24)
R5. (3sc,inc)*6 (30)
R6-11. 30 sc (30) – 6 rounds
R12. 2sc, BO of 5 hdc, 9 sc, BO of 4 hdc, 3sc, BO of 3 hdc, sc, BO of 3 hdc, 3sc, BO of 4 hdc, 7 sc (30)
Add safety eyes (12 mm) at R6-7, 4 visible sts apart.
R13. (3sc,dec)*6 (24)
Add fiber fill (stuff firmly)
R14. (sc,dec)*8 (16)
R15. 8 dec (8)
Cut yarn and sew closed.

BO of 5 hdc: 6 loops on the hook.
BO of 4 hdc: 5 loops on the hook.
BO of 3 hdc: 4 loops on the hook.

Bunny’s ears (X2)

Use white yarn.
Ch 7, skip 2 sts and make 4 dc, 1 hdc
Cut yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.

Bear’s ears (X2)

Use brown yarn.
R1. 4 sc in a mr (4)
Cut yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.

Bear’s snout

Use beige yarn.
R1. 5 sc in a mr (5)
Cut yarn leaving a long tail for sewing and close the snout with an visible join.

Bunny’s scarf

Start with light blue yarn.
R1. ch 47, starting from the 2nd ch from the hook make 46 hdc and slst in the last stitch (in the same st where you made the last hdc), FO.

Bear’s scarf

Start with purple (when you switch color don’t cut the yarn but carry it along through the hdc)
R1. ch 47 starting from the 2nd ch from the hook make (3hdc, cc to pink and make 3 hdc) repeat until the end and slst in the last stitch (in the same st where you made the last hdc).
Weave in the end.

Sewing

Sew the bear’s ears on R3-4.
Sew the bunny’s ears on R2-3.
Sew the bear’s nose on R6-7.
Sew the bear and bunny’s nose using acrylic/cotton yarn.
Tie on the scarf.
