The quantity of sts is multipled 12 sts + 1 st + 3 sts increase.

1st row: make a stripe in form of net and rotate dc and tc, as it's shown on the scheme.

2nd row: start making scales. Scales are made of two halves of 5 or more sc. Sc are crochetted between two sc. The halves of "scales" can be separated with cs.

Repeat the pattern.
