border are your choice.

Foundation Row:
ch 39, sc in 2nd ch from hk and in each ch across.
follow chart for color placement.

I used bright white for background,
yellow for MC of tulip,
lt yellow for CC and cornmeal for outline.
I used a hook size I.
With out the border it measures approximately 12"x16".
