Relief Turban

Head circumference: 54-56 and 58-60 cm

You'll need:

Seymor Double Geditra yarn (53% wool, 47% polyacryl; 45m/50g) - 150-200g sectional colouring (03567 colour);
Knitting needles 8;
Crochet hook 7;
Thick needle;
Big brooch (optional).

Instructions

Cast on 62 sts and rotate 2 knit sts, 2 purls. The length of your work should be 66 cm, after that bind off the sts, leaving quite long edge of yarn. This edge of yarn will help you to sew the turban later. Connect the obtained square in such a way, that you can sew the work breadthwise. Pay attention, that it's very important not to stretch the rib, while you're making edges assembly. The stripes shouldn't separate. You should get a hat with quite relief folds. Connect them in upper part and sew. It's allright, if your folds stretch in upper part of your turban. Assemble the turban with separate yarn in central front part in order to make a kind of knot in this place. You can also use other ornaments for your turban.

This hat is very fluffy and cozy. There is one thing you should know before you assemble your turban - at first, you should steam your work, only after it assemble it in one whole.
