​Relief Crochet Vest

You’ll need:

12 skeins of yarn (80% viscose, 20% polyester; 75m/50g);

Crochet hook 4,5;

1 button.

Size: S-M.

Used Patterns

Relief pattern of arches of 16 sts: due to the scheme. Repeat 16 sts of pattern repeat and 1^st-3^rd rows.

Picot: *slip st in the 1^st singe crochet of the previous row, 3 chain sts, 1 slip st in the 1^st chain st, skip 1 single crochet of the previous row*; repeat from * to *.

Gauge: 24 sts х 9 rows = 10 х 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Make 119 chain sts + 2 chain sts increase and work with relief pattern from arches, start with arrow A. After 20 cm from the set-up row, leave 18 sts from both sides for arm-holes.

Finish work after crocheting 24 cm.

Right Front

Make 55 chain sts + 2 chain sts increase and work with relief pattern from arches, start with arrow A, making left-front in the same way, as back.

After 23 cm from the set-up row, leave from the right side for neck-hole 1 x 4, 1 x 3, 2 x 2 and 2 x 1 sts in every row.

Finish work at 22 cm.

Left Front

Make in symmetry to the right front.

Assembly

Make shoulder and side seams. Fasten your work with 2 rows of single crochets and 1 row of picot. Make button-hole from 4 chain sts on the right front. Sew the button.
