​Crochet Blouse with Ruffles

You’ll need:

300g of OREN BAYAN. I MADAME TRICOTE yarn in white color (100% cotton; 200m/20g);

30g of Yarn Art SOPHIST in yellow color (56% polyamide, 26% viscose, 18% dralon; 400m/100g);

20g of the same yarn, but in light-green color;

Crochet hook 1,8;

Knitting needles 2,5.

Relief pattern: due to the scheme 1;

Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls;

Main pattern: due to the scheme 2.

Note: work from up to down as one-piece cloth.

Main yarn is OREN BAYAN. I MADAME TRICOTE. Work in 2 threads of yarn.

Instructions

Make 112 chain sts + 4 chain sts increase, work due to the scheme 1 (28 pattern repeats in width), don’t circle your work. After making 6 rows = 10 cm, circle your work in the ring and continue work with circle rows. Mark lines of your work parts with contrast yarn. In 29 cm from the set-up row (the quantity of pattern repeats is increased twice in the 15^th row, so you should get 56 pattern repeats in width), divide your work into front (15 pattern repeats), back (15 pattern repeats) and sleeves (13 pattern repeats for each sleeve). Your work under sleeves is finished.

Continue making front and back as straight cloth with circle rows, repeat the 15^th row, increase 1 pattern repeat from both sides for arm-holes (you should get 32 pattern repeats for front-back). At 25 cm height from arm-hole, finish your work.

Assembly

Fasten the cut with 1 row of single crochets with main yarn, fasten neck-hole, bottom part of your work and sleeves with ruffle due to the scheme 2 with circular knitting needles and yellow yarn (make 9 knit sts in every pattern repeat of the main pattern).

Make one more ruffle along the bottom of your work. For this, make 7 rows of stockinette stitch from WS of your work with light-green yarn and continue due to the scheme 2.
