Materials-

Red Heart worsted wight yarn, Shocking Pink (5 oz)
Red Heart worsted wight yarn, Petal Pink (5 oz)
Red Heart worsted weight yarn, White (3 oz)
Red Heart worsted weight yarn, Black (3 oz)
Crochet hooks size H
Pins
Scissors
Blunt needle
Fiberfill
Optional: Something to color cheeks, I used a hot pink Artist's chalk pastel.

Head-

With H hook and Petal Pink ch 21.

Rnd 1- 1 in second ch from hook and in each sc across (20 sc), now, working on the opposite side across foundation loops, make 1 sc in each loop, sl st to join rnd. (40 sc)

Rnd 2-1 sc in each sc around. (40 sc)

Rnds 3 to 24- 1 sc in each sc around. (40 sc) Fasten off, weave in ends.

Stuff Head firmly.

Body-

Rnd 1- Join Shocking Pink and with H hook, work 1 sc in each of first 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc, [make 1 sc in each of next 8 sc, 2 sc in next sc,] rep 3 times, 1 sc in each of next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc. (45 sc -5 increases)

Rnd 2- 1 sc in each sc around. (45 sc)

Rnd 3- 1 sc in each of first 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc, [1 sc in each of next 8 sc, 2 sc in next sc.] rep 4 times, 1 sc in each sc till end of rnd. (50 sc)

Rnd 4- 1 sc in each sc around. (50 sc)

Rnd 5- 1 sc in each of first 15 sc, 2 sc in next sc, 1 sc in each of next 15 sc, 2 sc in next sc, 1 sc in each sc till end of rnd. (52 sc)

Rnd 6- 1 sc in each sc around.

Rnd 7- 1 sc in each of first 16 sc, 2 sc in next sc, 1 sc in each of next 16 sc, 2 sc in next sc, 1 sc in each sc till end of rnd. (54 sc)

Rnds 8 to 20- 1 sc in each sc around. (54 sc) Fasten off. weave in tail. Set aside for now.

Legs and Lower Part of Body-

Legs (Make 2)-

With Shocking Pink and H hook, ch 2.

Rnd 1- work 6 sc in second ch from hook, slip st to join rnd. (6 sc)

Rnd 2- 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)

Rnd 3- 1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (18 sc)

Rnd 4- 1 sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (24 sc)

Rnds 5 to 10- 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc) Fasten off, weave in tail.

Rnd 11- Join Petal Pink and work 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc)

Rnds 12 to 17- 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc) Fasten off, weave in tail.

Rnd 18- Join Shocking Pink and make 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc)

Rnds 19 to 23- 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc) Fasten off, weave in tail.

Leg 2-

Repeat rnds 1 to 23 of Leg 1, but when you finish Rnd 23, DO NOT FASTEN OFF.

Joining Legs-

Rnd 1- Place the Legs together, insert the hook into one of the stitches of Leg 1, yarn over and pull through the loop of the yarn you left when you reached the end of Rnd 23 of Leg 2, catching both sc stitches, chain 1, make 1 sc in same space. Place a stitch marker.

Work 1 sc in each stitch, going all around both Legs until you reach the beginning sc where the stitch marker is. (48 sc)

Rnd 2- 1 sc in each sc around. (48 sc)

Rnd 3- 1 sc in each sc around. (48 sc)

Rnd 4- 1 sc in each of the first 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep 6 times, 1 sc in each sc till end of rnd. (54 sc)

Rnds 5 to 6- 1 sc in each sc around. (54 sc) Fasten off, leaving long tail to sew to lower part of Body.

Stuff Body firmly. Stuff Legs well and sew to Bottom of Body to form the whole toy. Fasten off, weave in tail.

Arms (Make 2)-

With Petal Pink and Ho hook, ch 2.

Rnd 1- work 6 sc in second ch from hook, slip st to join rnd. (6 sc)

Rnd 2- 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)

Rnd 3- 1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (18 sc)

Rnds 4 to 7- 1 sc in each sc around. (18 sc) Fasten off, weave in ends.

Rnd 8- Join Shocking Pink and work 1 sc in each sc around. (18 sc)

Rnds 9 to 12- 1 sc in each sc around. (18 sc)Fasten off, leaving long tail to sew with.

Stuff Arms and Sew to sides of Body as seen in photos. Fasten off, weave in tails.

Face-

Snout-

With Petal Pink and H hook, ch 2.

Rnd 1- work 6 sc in second ch from hook, slip st to join rnd. (6 sc)

Rnd 2- 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)

Rnd 3- 1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (18 sc)

Rnd 4- 1 sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (24 sc)

Rnd 5- Working in BACK LOOPS THIS RND ONLY, make 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc)

Rnds 6 to 7- 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc) Fasten off, leaving long tail to sew with.

Optional: With A little bit of Black, stitch Nostrils on Snout as seen in photos and fasten off and weave in ends inside of Snout.

Stuff Snout and center on the Face and sew in place. Fasten off and weave in tail.

Eyes (Make 2)-

White of Eyes (Make 2)-

With White and H hook, ch 2.

Rnd 1- work 6 sc in second ch from hook, slip st to join rnd. (6 sc)

Rnd 2- 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc) Fasten off, leaving long tail to sew with.

Pupils (Make 2)-

With Black and H hook, ch 2.

Rnd 1- work 6 sc in second ch from hook, slip st to join rnd. (6 sc) Fasten off, leaving long tail to sew with.

Sew Pupils to Whites of Eyes, fasten off and weave in tail at Back. Pin to Face and sew in place. Fasten off, weave in tails.

Optional: Dot Pupils with a couple of small White stitches to give them some light.

Optional: Make a couple of Eyebrows by stitching long stitches over the eyes. I stitched mine 3 rows above Eyes and across 3 sc, but you can do whatever you like.

Optional: Put some color on "Cheeks."

Tail-

With Petal pink and H hook, ch 16, work 4 sc in second ch from hook and in each sc across. Fasten off, leaving long yarn end to sew with.

Pin at center of Back, about 5 rounds up from the bottom of PJs and sew in place. Fasten off, weave in end.

Done! Look at the cutie that you just finished!
