You’ll need:
DK (8ply) weight cotton yarn – 3 colors;
Crochet hook 3 mm;
Polyester fiberfill;
Safety eyes (Ø 6mm);
Little metal bell;
Darning and embroidery needles.

Head (in beige yarn)
Crocheted from top to bottom.
1: Start 6 sc in a magic ring [6]
2: Work 2 sc in each st around [12]
3: (Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times [18]
4: (Sc in each of next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times [24]
5: (Sc in each of next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times [30]
6: (Sc in each of next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times [36]
7: (Sc in each of next 5 sts, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times [42]
8-17: Sc in each st around
Fasten safety eyes between rounds 9. and 10. Insert the first eye between them, then count 2 holes to the left and insert the second eye in the next hole. Close the washers from the inside of the piece.

19: (Sc in each of next 4 sts, sc2tog) rep 6 times [30]
20: (Sc in each of next 3 sts, sc2tog) rep 6 times [24]

Fill the head with fiberfill.

Nose (in dark blue yarn)

Handle (start in beige yarn)

Here start making stripes with contrasting colors. Also start filling the handle and keep adding stuffing as you go.

Assembly
Start with the head – attach the ears and muzzle. Sew the nose onto the muzzle. Stitch the eyebrows. Do not forget to insert the metal or plastic bell. Then sew the head to the handle.
