Materials:

• 170 g of thin mohair in terracotta color.
• Crochet hook No. 4.

Chain stitch (ch): insert the hook into a stitch, yarn over, and pull through.

Single crochet (sc): insert the hook into a chain space or the row below and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through both loops on the hook in one go.

Half double crochet (hdc): yarn over, insert the hook into a chain space and draw up a loop, three loops on the hook, yarn over and draw through all three loops in one go.

Double crochet (dc): yarn over twice, insert the hook into a chain space and draw up a loop, four loops on the hook, yarn over and draw through two loops, yarn over and draw through two loops again, yarn over and draw through the remaining two loops in three separate steps.

Treble crochet (tr): yarn over three times, insert the hook into a chain space and draw up a loop, five loops on the hook, yarn over and draw through two loops, repeat the yarn over and draw through two loops step three more times, in four separate steps.

Slip stitch (sl st): insert the hook into a chain space, yarn over and pull through the chain space and the loop on the hook.

Instructions:

Crochet two pieces loosely. Each piece consists of 20 repeats. For each piece, crochet according to the diagram 4 repeats in height and finish crocheting. Turn the work and, for the second piece, crochet repeats, joining them with sl st to the 1st row of the first piece. Crochet 4 repeats according to the diagram and finish crocheting.

Assembly:

On the ends of the shawl, crochet arches as follows: 1 sc, 3 ch, skip 2 stitches from the row below, repeat from * to * to the end of the row. For the fringe, cut strands of yarn 50 cm long, group them into sets of 3, fold in half, and using the crochet hook, secure in every sc and each 3-ch arch.
