option 1: embroider a nose in the shape of a letter “T”
option 2: cut out a triangle out of felt.
Attach between the eyes

Whiskers
option 1: embroider 3 lines on each cheek using yarn or thread
option 2: cut out 6 small strips of felt,
attach 3 on each cheek.
